Refund Policy for “Saboba Sawa – The Path to E-commerce”

We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to ensure you have a hassle-free experience. Therefore, we offer a 14-day refund guarantee for our e-commerce course. You can request a full refund within 14 days of your enrollment with no questions asked. The only requirement is that you submit your refund request within this period.

To qualify for this refund:

  1. Submit your request within 14 days from the date of your enrollment.
  2. The refund request must be made through the same method you used to enroll in the course, whether it was Messenger, Telegram, or Instagram.
  3. Ensure that you have not accessed or used any of the tools provided as part of the course during this period 

Your request will be reviewed, and upon confirmation of meeting the 14-day condition, your course investment will be refunded automatically.

Example 1:

If you enroll in the course on January 1, 2024, and submit a refund request via Messenger on January 12, 2024, your request will be approved as it falls within the 14-day period. Once your request is reviewed and verified, the refund process will be initiated promptly, and you will receive your investment without any issues.

Example 2:

If you enroll in the course on January 1, 2024, and submit a refund request via Messenger on January 15, 2024, your request will be disapproved as it exceeds the 14-day refund period. In this case, you would not be eligible for a refund since the request was not submitted within the required timeframe.

Refund Policy for “Saboba Sawa – The Path to Freelancing”

For clients enrolled in our freelancing course, the refund policy remains as follows:

  • respond to daily messages from “الكوتش جيمي” with meaningful input such as requested screenshots, task updates, or relevant inquiries, instead of sending placeholder responses like a dot (.) or irrelevant characters merely to proceed.
  • Complete all assigned tasks within the first 90 days of enrollment through telegram ” الكوتش جيمي “.
  • If you do not make your first dollar online, you must submit your refund request after completing the first 90 days, specifically between day 91 and day 100 of your enrollment. Any refund request submitted after the 100th day of joining the course will be automatically declined.

Example 1:

If you enroll in the freelancing course on January 1, 2024, complete all tasks, and submit a refund request on May 12, 2024 (day 102), your request will be declined as it exceeds the allowed refund period, which ends on day 100. Requests submitted after this timeframe are not eligible for a refund. 

Example 2:

If you enroll in the freelancing course on January 1, 2024, complete all tasks, and submit a refund request on April 2, 2024 (day 92), in this case, we will analyze your work with “الكوتش جيمي” to verify that you have completed all tracks and tasks for the full 90 days. Only then will your request be approved.

Example 3:

If you enroll in the freelancing course on January 1, 2024, and submit a refund request on April 5, 2024 (day 95), we will review your follow-up with “الكوتش جيمي.” If we discover that you have only completed one track and not the full 90 days of tasks, your refund request will be declined, as you have not met the necessary conditions for approval. 

 

NOTE:

If the refund request is approved, it will take 5-7 working days to process. Working days are defined as Sunday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Example :

If we respond to you that the refund request is approved on Sunday, January 1, 2024, the processing time of 5-7 working days will begin immediately. For example, if the refund is approved on Sunday, January 1, 2024, and there are no public holidays, the refund will likely be processed and completed between Sunday, January 8, 2024, and Tuesday, January 10, 2024. This timeline accounts for working days only, excluding weekends or holidays.

Acknowledgment:

This document represents the full agreement between us and the client regarding the refund policies for our courses. By registering and purchasing the courses, the client expressly agrees to comply with these terms. Any attempts to claim more than agreed, or any defamation or blackmail attempts through social media or otherwise, will result in legal action. This document will serve as evidence in any legal dispute.

مثال 1:

إذا اشتركت في الدورة في 1 يناير 2024 وقدمت طلب استرداد عبر الماسنجر في 12 يناير 2024، فسيتم الموافقة على طلبك لأنه يقع ضمن فترة الـ 14 يومًا. بمجرد مراجعة طلبك والتحقق منه، سيتم بدء عملية الاسترداد بسرعة وستستعيد استثمارك دون أي مشاكل.

مثال 2:

إذا اشتركت في الدورة في 1 يناير 2024 وقدمت طلب استرداد عبر الماسنجر في 15 يناير 2024، فسيتم رفض طلبك لأنه تجاوز فترة الاسترداد المحددة بـ 14 يومًا. في هذه الحالة، لن تكون مؤهلًا لاسترداد المبلغ لأن الطلب لم يتم تقديمه في الإطار الزمني المطلوب.

بالنسبة للعملاء المشتركين في دورة الفريلانس، تظل سياسة الاسترداد كما يلي:

  • الرد على الرسائل اليومية من “الكوتش جيمي” بإجابات ذات معنى مثل لقطات الشاشة المطلوبة، تحديثات المهام، أو الاستفسارات ذات الصلة، بدلًا من إرسال ردود عشوائية مثل نقطة (.) أو رموز غير ذات صلة.
  • إكمال جميع المهام الموكلة خلال أول 90 يومًا من التسجيل من خلال التليجرام “الكوتش جيمي”.
  • إذا لم تحقق أول دولار لك عبر الإنترنت، يجب تقديم طلب الاسترداد بعد إكمال أول 90 يومًا، تحديدًا بين اليوم 91 واليوم 100 من تسجيلك. أي طلب استرداد يُقدم بعد اليوم 100 من الانضمام للدورة سيتم رفضه تلقائيًا.
مثال 1:

إذا اشتركت في دورة الفريلانس في 1 يناير 2024، وأكملت جميع المهام، وقدمت طلب استرداد في 12 مايو 2024 (اليوم 102)، سيتم رفض طلبك لأنه تجاوز الفترة المسموحة للاسترداد، والتي تنتهي في اليوم 100. الطلبات المقدمة بعد هذا الإطار الزمني غير مؤهلة للاسترداد.

مثال 2:

إذا اشتركت في دورة الفريلانس في 1 يناير 2024، وأكملت جميع المهام، وقدمت طلب استرداد في 2 أبريل 2024 (اليوم 92)، سيتم في هذه الحالة مراجعة عملك مع “الكوتش جيمي” للتأكد من أنك أكملت جميع المسارات والمهام طوال الـ 90 يومًا. إذا تم التحقق من ذلك، فسيتم الموافقة على طلبك.

إذا اشتركت في دورة الفريلانس في 1 يناير 2024، وقدمت طلب استرداد في 5 أبريل 2024 (اليوم 95)، سنقوم بمراجعة متابعتك مع “الكوتش جيمي”. إذا اكتشفنا أنك أكملت فقط مسارًا واحدًا ولم تكمل جميع مهام الـ 90 يومًا، فسيتم رفض طلبك لأنك لم تستوف الشروط اللازمة للموافقة.

ملاحظة: إذا تم الموافقة على طلب الاسترداد، سيستغرق معالجة الطلب 5-7 أيام عمل. أيام العمل تُعرف من الأحد إلى الجمعة، باستثناء الإجازات الرسمية.

مثال:

يمثل هذا النص الاتفاق الكامل بيننا وبين العميل بخصوص سياسة الاسترداد. بالتسجيل وشراء دورة عبر شبكة الانترنت، يوافق العميل صراحةً على الالتزام بهذه الشروط بمجرد اشتراكه في الكورس من خلال موقعنا الالكتروني. وفي حالة محاولة العميل المطالبة بما هو أكثر من المتفق عليه، أو محاولة الابتزاز أو التشهير بأي شكل من الأشكال، سواء عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو غيرها، سيتم اعتبار هذه الوثيقة كدليل في أي نزاع قضائي كونها تمثل شريعة التعاقد التي تم الاتفاق عليها مسبقاً مع العميل. نحتفظ بالحق في اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لحماية حقوقنا ومصالحنا.
